Here at the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Radiology Call Handler to become a key role within our department at Radiology.

We are looking for a highly motivated, approachable, enthusiastic individual to undertake this role.

Your main role will be dealing with telephone calls and queries from patients and clinicians, booking, cancelling and rebooking Radiology appointments.

As you will be the first point of contact for patients, you must ensure you have good Customer Service skills.

It is an expectation that all patients/staff are dealt with politely and professionally at all times.

Customer care standards are high within the appointment centre so if you want to make a difference to our patients and enjoy patient contact then this is an ideal role for you.
