A well-established multi-disciplinary practice are looking to add an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to their growing team, based in York.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

With three successful and ever-expanding offices across the Yorkshire region and coverage across the whole of the UK, this practice are now seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their York based team.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be supporting the team on the full scope of Building Surveying professional services such as contract administration, defect diagnosis, pre-acquisition surveys, measured surveys, party wall and dilapidations.

Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be managing a broad range of construction projects from the feasibility stage through to design process and the production of tender documents.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on schemes suchas extensions, repairs, refurbishments and new builds across sectors including commercial, residential, education and heritage.

The Senior Building Surveyor
