We're recruiting an immediate start, interim HR Manager vacancy for our clients in Wakefield. This role will be paying up to £22 per hour, starting ASAP.


Client Details
Our client is an education provider in Wakefield.


Description


The role holder will be responsible for supporting and advising the wider business with all employee relations queries, issues and initiatives.

Lead and implement any change management, provide strategic direction, support and advice in relation to the dayto day HR.

You will be lifting ideas off the page and creating exciting opportunities, as well as advising staff across the organisation.

The HR Manager will be manage the HR and Administration teams, as well managing staff welfare across the wider organisation.


Profile

  • CIPD Accreditation
  • A proactive mindset
  • The ability to work in the Wakefield office
  • Experience working in a People Manager role previously
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures
