An established Financial Services company is pleased to create a new Apprenticeship role.

We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic person who is keen to learn, develop and progress as part of our team.


What will the apprentice be doing?


You will join our busy team providing efficient administrative support in relation to the business generated and the servicing of existing clients.

Your work will be varied and will include amongst other duties:

  • Answering the telephone and handling general enquiries
  • Arranging client meetings for the Financial Adviser

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Fully and part funded learning and development programme that includes the CF1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
  • Free CII membership for nonmembers through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
  • Includes the CII CF1 study book and exam entry
  • CII and EPA resits are to be covered by the employer
  • Fortnightly workshops for the CF1 exam from our CII approved trainer
  • All workshops recorded and available ondemand
  • Interactive chat, forums and class note books for real time support and assistance from experienced financial services professionals
  • Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
  • Additional resources through RM Advance
  • Regular tutorials and assessments from an experienced financial services professional
  • R01 is available as an alternative to CF1. Suitability for R01 will be determined by a Skills Assessment completed by Skills Edge

Annual wage
£9,609.60

Depending upon age and experience, salary range £9,609 - £14,000 per annum. £1,000 per annum pay rise on attaining CII R01 qualification. Minimum of National Minimum wage payable upon completion of Apprenticeship.


Working week
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm to include 1 hour lunch, 35 hours per week. Occasional evening work may feature.

Total hours per week: 35 hours a week

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Career progression, in time and with experience, to Level 4 Paraplanner / Financial Adviser is available.
