Description

Untie People are working with a leading construction contractor in Leeds to hire a Finishing Manager or Supervisor on an accommodation build scheme in Leeds.

This is running until August 2024.

The successful Supervisor will have a Drylining background or SFS experience of the fitout of commercial or accommodation spaces.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
Capable of complying to British Gypsum standards.
Working to Siniat Projects packs.
Overseeing individual snagging and finishing of apartment units, overseeing quality and deadlines for handymen and finishing trades.
Reporting progress to senior management.
Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
Maintaining quality control checks
Singing off and handing completed work over to the client

Requirements & experience:

SMSTS
First Aid (preferable)
CSCS Card
Trade background preference is Drylining.
Previous experience in a fitout, snagging or finishing role.
Experience of site audit software and finishing
