Unique Polymer Systems (UPS) are looking to hire a Warehouse Operative to join our enthusiastic and driven team to provide our customers with an excellent experience when using UPS within their supply chain networks.

• Organise the warehouse to facilitate easy identification and movement of stock.
• Picking and packing of customers' orders.
• To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time.
• Working closely with the sales office to ensure smooth transactions throughout the sales process.

• Picking and packing of orders
• Finial dispatch verification
• Stock control, rotation and replenishment
• Labelling of products in accordance with customers specifications
• To carry out stock checks
• Off loading vans and pallets when stock arrives (some heavy lifting is involved)
• Shrink wrapping products on pallets for final dispatch
• General warehouse duties such as keeping a clean and tidy workplace and reordering stock when levels reach minimums
• Able to follow pick sheets / instructions
• Health & Safety Awareness

• Problem solving and decision making
• High level of concentration and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a small team and independently
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.,)
• Not Essential as training will be provided: Knowledge and understanding on SAGE 50
• Not Essential as training will be provided: Knowledge of Bartender Label Software

• Fixed Term Contract with opportunity for extension
• Flexible working hours between 8am to 5pm
• Part time: Minimum 30 hours per week OR Full time (37.5 hours)
• Annual Salary: £18,525 to £22,425 prorata
