Glasgow

£91k OTE

A small but well backed company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive forward a Glasgow based branch in the Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms sector.

Day to day key functions of the role include:

Visiting customers properties, establishing needs and providing a suitable solution. This includes with support the surveying of the customer property.
Upselling of products to meet targets.
Project managing customer job through to completion.
Working alongside marketing to ensure your branch has a strong local presence.
Ensuring all data is recorded accurately on database.

Wider role functions include:

Working with the Business Manager to ensure the Branch is set up for long term success, this includes planning sales strategy, ensuring fitting teams are in place to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Being accountable for the branch P&L, ensuring the branch is run profitably and in line with budgets.

We are looking for an extremely driven individual who has demonstrated previously the ability to deliver sales against targets. Kitchens, Bathrooms or Bedrooms experience is desired but not essential as training will be provided.

Core working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but you must be flexible to complete surveys and meet potential customers by appointment outside of these hours.

Offering a competitive basic salary of £30k plus excellent, uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE of £91k+. We are happy to talk through the data and demonstrate the OTE potential in second stage interviews.
