Pier 2 Pier Care Services are recruiting for a recruitment consultant

Based in our Worthing branch, you will be working alongside the sales director and will be responsible for recruitment.

Previous experience within recruitment or a sales environment is a requirement for this role, we are looking for are driven, ambitious individual.

About The Role - Business development calls to clients.

Negotiate fees and rates with clients.

Working with clients to review job vacancies, identifying the needs and requirements for their role.

Attending client meetings.

Attractive monthly bonus scheme for hitting sales targets.

About you - Previous experience within a recruitment or sales role.

Experience working withing an office environment.

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Able to use own initiative, ambitious and target driven.

Excellent communication.

Ability to speak with people of different levels and build good relationships.

Car driver helpful but not essential.

The role is Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 based in our Worthing branch, with on-call commitments.
