Salary, Perks & Hours for the Audit & Compliance Manager role:

  • CIRCA £45k

We need from you:


  • Experienced in previous Operations role(s) and strong administration skills.
  • Proven track record in audit & compliance
  • Experience leading teams with both direct and indirect reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Full UK licence & own car

You'll never be bored.

  • Direct annual audits, internal team management, and recurring duties for the following ISO Standards: 9001 Quality, 14001 Environment, 45001 Health and Safety, and 27001 Information Security.
  • Initiate a review of legislative changes, risk, and opportunities with your team. Engaging pertinent stakeholders, evaluating impact and risks, and planning changes and actions.
  • Develop strategies for the future development of our management systems, communicate with staff throughout the practise, and ensure that they are compatible with our ambitions and future expansion.
  • Communicate and work with technical and nontechnical leads and staff across the whole Practice on routine and special projects.
  • Collaborate with other key functions, such as Finance, Business Development & Marketing, and Human Resources, and coordinate as required to achieve Practice objectives.
  • Manage resources and finances for teams and one's own initiatives and consult with partners regarding required resources.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the central Business Systems team.
  • Manage budgets and resources for teams and individual projects and advise the operations board on required budgets.
  • Be accountable for the team's workload to ensure that everyone is motivated and working efficiently and productively. Support the advancement and development of the team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback regarding the team's and individuals' objectives.
  • Determine any training required to meet the future compliance obligations of the Practice and its clients.
