Central to the success of that growth is a proposition that will create their future products and operating model and delivertheir future agility aligned to clear commercial goals - you will come in as
Transformation Programme Lead to ensure delivery of this proposition.


Working alongside the CIO, CEO, Executive team, and a Solution Architect the
Transformation Programme Leadwill engage with all stakeholders to bring to life what is happening, and most importantly why.

You are not defining the technical solution - they have an expert for that - but you will be pivotal in bringing the propositionto life for internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

You will need to be commercially minded with a keen eye for opportunities and be able to focus on the business value and ROI, acting proactively and swiftly on possible risks and threats.

As
Transformation Programme Lead you will
- work with the Solution Architect, Delivery teams, and SMEs, to determine the key requirements, review, and input into feature requests, prioritise and create roadmaps for delivery.
- meet regularly and facilitate communication between all parties to keep the programme on mission and all parties feeling informed and engaged.
- develop and cost different operating models with the Executive team ensuring business value and ROI.
- track, and report on delivery and risks.

You must have worked in the delivery of key, complex, highly commercial transformation programmes in a previous role, ideally within an insurance setting.

You will join on a 2-year contract.
