Description
Would you like to do a job that makes a difference every day, using your skills, experience, and compassion to help women with their mental health in the perinatal period?

Would you like to live in Cornwall? A county of outstanding natural beauty with its endless rugged coastlines, beautiful countryside, and unbeatable beaches.

Attracting millions of visitors each year, this could be your chance to move here permanently and make a difference to families in our community.

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is passionate about promoting good mental health and wellbeing.

Our Specialist Perinatal Mental Health team has been growing over the past 9 years to provide a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to caring for women experiencing mental health illness during the perinatal period.

We are a county wide service with a base currently in Truro. However, due to expansion we are seeking an additional base in the east of the county.

It is expected that you will work in either the west or the east of the county with a base that is near to your geographical work/home area.

The team consists of qualified and trainee nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, nursery nurses, a health visitor, psychologists, psychiatrist, administration, and peer support workers led by a dedicated service lead, supported by two deputies.

The team work collaboratively to support recovery and improving bonds with baby in the crucial first 1001 days.
