Deputy Head of Student Advice and Engagement Management

Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance


The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social science universities in the world, with a global reach and an international student intake.

Student Services plays a central role in LSE's central administration and our Student Service Centre (SSC), where the post is based, offers mission critical functions that are fundamental to the student experience and educational journey.

This challenging but rewarding post is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in Higher Education administration.

You and your team will be committed to providing an outstanding level of student focused service in the delivery of the planning and management of SSC coordinated general student advice, including front-facing services, UKVI Student visa compliance and advice, and management of key processes such as repeat teaching.


Previous experience within Higher Education administration working in a student facing role is essential, alongside specialist knowledge of UKVI Student visa regulations.
