The Purpose:
- To process sales invoices through the internal finance system, Business Central, ensuring that the relevant documentation is accurate and processed to enable timely payment.
- Work with the commercial teams to ensure their invoices are correct
- Resolve any queries with the relevant team, or the Client in reference to invoice queries or discrepancies.
- Complete general support administration as requested by Finance Manager
- Create and maintain files electronic and hard copy
- Update internal trackers and schedules daily
- Update of Business Central, the internal finance and commercial system daily
- Report on and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs
- Ensure procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times
- Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect
- Any other duties as assigned within finance department
Technical Skills
- Good level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages
- Experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry not required but beneficial
- Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis
- Microsoft Business Central skills are advantageous
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Widnes: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
