Salary:
£28,282 dependant on experience
What you'll be doing:
- Being responsible for the accurate preparation and processing of highvolume complex payrolls in line with SLA's and HMRC legislation
- Ensuring all data is processed accurately into the payroll system to agreed timeline
- Being responsible for data accuracy through the use of reporting capability which utilising analytical skills and capabilities
- Ensuring all processes are compliant with governance and audit procedures and providing recommendations for improvement
- Resolving business, employee and Third-Party payroll related queries, ensuring the most effective communication method is used i.e. Customer facing
- Prioritising own workload and use initiative and problemsolving capabilities to provide a responsive Payroll Service at all times
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience in delivering multiple payrolls, ideally in a Shared Service environment
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with working in an ever changing, payroll complex environment
Desirable:
- CIPP or equivalent payroll qualification
- Knowledgeable in Resource Link system or similar

The Payroll team:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the large UK Payroll Team based at Preston. As a Payroll Administrator you will look after all sectors within BAE. This is a broad role with lots of variety.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on existing skill sets and to work across a variety of key stakeholders at all levels within BAE.
