Sub AgentWe're looking for a Sub Agent to join our Kier Rail team and help deliver a project in Newcastle.

Newcastle - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

What will your responsibilities be?
Kier Rail division design and build a wide range of rail infrastructure projects for a diverse customer base.
Our projects range from major improvements to complete construction of new stations, with specialist teams, we manage complex works from conception through to handover.
As a Sub Agent, you'll be working within the Kier Rail team supporting them with the design and build of a new station in Newcastle.
Your day to day will include:
- Support the Project Manager in managing the project.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and Network Rail/ Nexus standards.
- Support the Project Manager with cost management of the project, ensuring robust control of subcontract cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness.
- Ensure all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
- Create a programme to plan and measure the weekly/ monthly lookahead.
What are we looking for?
This role of Sub Agent is great for you if:
- Relevant qualifications
- degree level, or equivalent experience
- SMSTS Site Manager
- Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business, preferably in the Rail Sector.
