Description

Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator required to join exciting business in Lancing for maternity cover (upto 12 months), there is a chance this could lead to a permanent position.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous purchasing experience and knowledge of import / export shipping and documentation advantageous.


Suporting the Senior Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator and team with a large range of customer accounts both domestic and internationally.


Duties will include raising sales orders, assembly orders, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Packing Lists, Shipping Marks, Item Information, pre shipments, and credit notes.

Building relationships internally and with suppliers and customers. Liaising with the shipping coordinator when necessary to prioritise and maximise cost effective shipments and consolidations. Stock management for domestic customer accounts, optimising pallet fill/lorry fill.

Working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week). Salary up to £30k pa plus benefits _(Blended working - work from home offered after qualifying period)._


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
