Our Graduate Development Programme is a structured 2-year scheme, aiming to progress Graduates into global project leaders and problem solvers.

We provide the framework, mentoring and experience, to help you maximise your skills and ambition across a variety of locations and markets.

About the opportunity


As a Project Controls / Change Control Graduate in our London Office, you will learn and develop your skills to enable you to understand projects and how the key disciplines of scheduling, cost, risk and scope mesh together to form a project baseline.

You will also learn that throughout the project lifecycle changes to the project baseline are managed in a rigid and auditable way to allow the project outcome to be fully understood at all stages.

To enable you to achieve this you will work towards achieving the following.

Here's What You'll Need:


  • Qualified to degree level in either a Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering related course
  • A flexible and innovative selfstarter who's passionate about developing skills
  • An ability to adapt and prioritise appropriately whilst working on a number of varied projects at once
  • A wellrounded person have you travelled around the world? Worked in a bar? Been captain of a sports team or volunteered for a charity? Tell us we're looking for people with interesting stories and experiences
  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
