About Our Client:

I am currently recruiting for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients customer service team.

As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently managing the end-to-end process of orders.

This includes coordinating the delivery of products to customers through hauliers, ensuring timely and professional service.

Manage the entire ordertodelivery process of products ensuring orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with hauliers to book deliveries and ensure agreed delivery time lines are met.
Administer and process orders in accordance with the current terms and conditions of sale.
Plan and organise the movement of finished products to meet the requirements of customers.
Provide support to customers on a regular business hours
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager by providing ad hoc analytic and planning data as required.

The Successful Applicant:

Commercial awareness, with experience in customer service or distribution services.
Ability to add value through the communication and understanding of key metrics, and effectively deliver objectives.
Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met throughout the endtoend process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven administrative abilities and a persuasive and influencing nature.
Exceptional telephone manner and proficiency in data recording.
Problemsolving skills to resolve diverse customer issues logically and effectively.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Dynamic and adaptable, capable of dealing with shifting priorities.
