Description

A pan-European real estate investment manager is recruiting a Fund Controller (Real Estate) due to an internal promotion within the team.


This Fund Controller (Real Estate) role will take financial ownership of the fund and related co-investments, providing support on all financial, reporting, tax and liquidity matters.


  • Coordinate quarterly financial statements and investor NAV/distribution statements for the fund and coinvestments
  • Coordination of management reporting package including materials for the quarterly meeting of the Jersey Manager and Investor Advisory Committee
  • Oversight of external Jersey Fund Administrators
  • Work with the Development and Fund Administration teams to prepare capital call notices
  • Support the Investment team on all Fund transactions acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructurings etc.
  • Responsible for cash and liquidity management and monitoring of expenses to budget
  • Establish close working relationships with tax advisors and legal counsel to ensure we are meeting all local statutory, regulatory and tax requirements
  • Preparing quarterly investor reporting and responding to other ad hoc requests
  • Coordinate the annual audit of the fund and related coinvestment vehicles
  • Monitoring and reporting of financial covenants in line with credit facility agreements and Trust Instruments.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
  • Post qualified experience, ideally from a real estate investment manager
  • Confident, selfstarter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent team player who will enjoy working in a small team.
