ELFT champions the development of its Allied Health Professional workforce and an exciting opportunity has arisen to work both independently and jointly with a variety of health and social care practitioners to support the communication and eating and drinking needs of people with learning disabilities in Hackney.

You will work together with team members and service users support networks to plan and support the delivery of strategies.
