• Potential career progression
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays + time off between Christmas & New Year + birthday off

• Arranging and accompanying viewings and rental assessments
• Lettings administration using CRM, Word, and proprietary software
• Property management including arranging maintenance
• Prospecting & managing leads to grow lettings portfolio
• Maintaining and managing compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
• Other duties requested by manager or directors
