Assistant Online/E-Commerce Merchandiser - Up to 36k + 20% Bonus


We are proud to partner with an award winning, e-commerce retail brand who are in search of an inspiring and innovative Online Merchandiser to assist the Head of E-Commerce in developing and launching a brand-new category across their online businesses.

What is expected of you?

  • Full end to end Online Merchandising experience with a background in E-Commerce merchandising
  • Responsible for running Weekly Stock Sales and Intake Forecasts
  • WSSI across the category
  • Created and develop robust reports to support the E-Commerce team in trade
  • Create, manage, and develop a rolling 12month trading calendar alongside the wider merchandising and buying team
  • Support NPD in analysis and merchandising to provide insights and trends across the category
  • Work closely with the buying and purchasing team to manage stock levels, replenishments and improve seasonal performance
  • Develop seasonal planning forecasts

As a successful SME going through sustained growth it is essential that the Assistant Online Merchandiser is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience -

  • Experienced merchandiser within the online/E-Commerce space
  • End to End
  • Extensive experience of WSSI across one or several online categories
  • Experience in stock forecasting, seasonal planning, and reporting
  • A track record in creating and developing rolling trading calendars
  • Data savvy with a passion for analytics and reporting via Excel
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hugely proactive individual, able to think outside the box under pressure and hit strict deadlines
