Assistant Online/E-Commerce Merchandiser - Up to 36k + 20% Bonus

What is expected of you?

Full end to end Online Merchandising experience with a background in E-Commerce merchandising
Responsible for running Weekly Stock Sales and Intake Forecasts
WSSI across the category
Created and develop robust reports to support the E-Commerce team in trade
Create, manage, and develop a rolling 12month trading calendar alongside the wider merchandising and buying team
Support NPD in analysis and merchandising to provide insights and trends across the category
Work closely with the buying and purchasing team to manage stock levels, replenishments and improve seasonal performance
Develop seasonal planning forecasts

As a successful SME going through sustained growth it is essential that the Assistant Online Merchandiser is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience -

Experienced merchandiser within the online/E-Commerce space
End to End
Extensive experience of WSSI across one or several online categories
Experience in stock forecasting, seasonal planning, and reporting
A track record in creating and developing rolling trading calendars
Data savvy with a passion for analytics and reporting via Excel
Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
Hugely proactive individual, able to think outside the box under pressure and hit strict deadlines
