We are currently recruiting for HR, Sustainability, and Compliance Administrator; the role will offer hybrid working but the postholder is required to work from our Kent-based HQ, and be flexible to travel to other Knauf sites as required.


Job Purpose


The HRSC Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the HRSC shared administrative function effectively and efficiently provides a first-class service as a shared administrative resource across Sustainability, Compliance and HR functions (HRSC).


Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • You are required to follow company Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others
  • Data collection and collation for sustainability and compliance for example: C02, waste, water and packaging
  • Administration of grey fleet vehicle checks and car safety check reports
  • Support with the development of systems for measuring scope 3 carbon
  • Maintenance of Knauf UK & Ireland training records
  • Administration of Learning Management Systems
  • Compilation and submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation
  • Be the point of contact for internal and external enquiries for Compliance and Sustainability
  • Document control liaison
  • Process all Purchase orders for the HRSC team (HR, Sustainably & Compliance)
  • Coordination of training bookings, in connection with the Knauf UK & Ireland training calendar
  • Liaising with training providers when booking and coordinating courses
  • Adhoc administration duties for Reward & Benefits
  • Contribute to Knauf Must Win Battles
  • Anything commensurate to complete your role

Requirements:


  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable with large amounts of data collation and processing is essential
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Literate and numerate (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
  • Confident in systems and computers (Office 365)
  • Happy working as part of a team and equally happy when working alone.
  • Selfdriven and motivated
  • Ability to build relationships not just within the team, but also the wider business and with suppliers.
  • Strong administrative skills are essential
  • A willingness to develop self.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Desirable;

  • An interest in, and/or knowledge of, Sustainability and Compliance
  • SAP experience (raising of PR's/POs) would be highly advantageous
