Job Advert:

We are recruiting a Lead officer for the Street Scene [Cleansing] front line Operations.

This post is critical and key to the management and delivery of the front line cleansing service operations that encompasses:

Responsible for the line management of designated team (circa 50 staff) inclusive of staff welfare matters, training, recruitment and sickness processes.


Along with complaint handling, KPI performance management and evaluation, the implementation of service changes, Health & safety compliance, legislative change, policy changes and improvement initiatives.
