Inclusive Companies are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our friendly, focussed team.
You will be placed in a crucial role within the organisation and will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and development of upcoming projects.
You will work directly with other team members to meet goals set by an assigned deadline.- Assisting the Project Management team with a high number of events, ranging from online webinars to large scale award ceremonies
- Brainstorming and implementing new and innovate event plans and concepts.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Promoting a variety of different projects across all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Creating content for the advancement of inclusion including toolkits, blogs and social media articles
- Working closely with dedicated Project Manager to research, create and distribute Press Releases, Newsletters and other Marketing
- Material and assisting with the distribution to targeted audience/media
- Managing endtoend events program, inclusive of initial planning, venue sourcing, attendee lists, event speakers/facilitators and promotional materials.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Attending all staff meetings (where required) as a second point of contact for the management team
- Attend events and activities when required, including some weekends and evenings
- Adhoc duties at events including, guest list management and showing guests to tables
- Helping to set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
- Maintaining strong relationships with all staff members and keeping up to date on work progress
- Ensuring that they portray the Inclusive Companies brand in a professional manner at all times
- Key knowledge on all services and products that the organisation offers
- Creating, Managing and Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
- Maintaining a positive 'cando' attitude
- Be a visible advocate for Diversity & Inclusion
- Be meticulous in following up client enquiries and organising diary commitments

- Confident and positive communication skills relishing the opportunity to speak with and meet new people every day
- Previous experience within an events environment
- High attention to detail
- Copywriting experience desired but not essential
- Ability to juggle high volume of projects of varying scale
- Ability to work to deadlines and adhere to set targets
- Competence in organising workload and maintaining a structured diary via Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent verbal and numerical skills
- IT proficiency
- A flexible approach
- Some experience of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (either personally or professionally) is desired but not compulsory as training will be provided
