About the Role

The Head of Business Change is a key leadership role in the Programme and Project Delivery Group ('PPDG') within IT Services at the University of Oxford.

You will be joining us at a particularly exciting period when the team are central in supporting delivery of a University-wide digital transformation programme.

As Head of Business Change, you are a senior member of PPDG and work closely with our IT portfolio and programme managers and heads of practice for business analysis, project management and solutions testing, to ensure service excellence against the back-drop of a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.

You will lead and support a diverse team of business change professionals deployed across an array of large, complex projects.

You will undertake long-range, collaborative resource planning and allocation to ensure our pipelines of work can be delivered and you will lead and grow the business change practice, acting as a champion and advocate for the services your team and the wider PPDG provide.
