Description

My client, an established Real Estate Firm are looking for a Leasing Associate with experience in Build To Rent for their beautiful site in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a friendly environment.


Product:


  • Work within the Leasing Team to ensure activity matches the Leasing goals
  • Understand Leasing priority and deliver direction to team in line with PF and PR
  • Deliver the endtoend viewing process for all customers
  • Take part in pricing walks defining QTRLY ERV
  • Support and undertake Corporate Housing viewings where required understanding the need to grow the ADR to exceed Budget
  • Carry our competitor analysis across key BTR and CH competitors as required

Process

  • Proactively make calls to all leads ensuring notes with requisite detail are in PMS system
  • Generate viewings that represent a minimum of 40% conversion from total leads on weekly and monthly basis
  • Have a weekly/monthly show ratio for viewings of better than 85% generated through bestinclass confirmation process
  • Deliver better than 40% conversion for viewings to reservations capturing all demographic information
  • Ensure we capture all objections ensuring we build a full picture for all customers, report weekly through 121's

Performance:


  • Deliver Business Plan performance against Individual and Team targets ensuring ERV is exceeded
  • Delivery of leading conversions across the team
  • Ensure applicant demographics are captures at Lead level to understand cost per acquisition and market trends
  • Deliver weekly performance review detailing weekly business pipeline
  • Support Lead and Deliver renewal Strategy ensuring BP target of 55% is exceeded.

Experience and key skills

  • Experience of BTR Leasing ideal
  • Excellent IT skills with relevant experience of PMS
  • Flexible working hours to include evenings and weekends.

Working Hours: 5 shifts/40 hours a week (including weekends)


Salary:
£32,000 Basic, £50-55k OTE.
