The role:

At Huel, NPD is at the heart of everything we do Our NPD team have curated a range of products that our Hueligans know and love and we are now looking for a new NPD Assistant to join Huel and drive development in our new and existing
RTD & Beverages range

You will be collaborating with our Nutrition, Technical and Procurement teams on new product development and using your own initiative to help our products grow and evolve in line with the current market.

You'll also be managing projects from concept to launch and its a super exciting time to join Huel so no day will be the same

The role specifically focuses on our
RTD and Beverages range, from Iced Coffee Caramel RTD to our newly released Daily A-Z Vitamins Drink, all of our Huel is consistently being developed in line with market changes and we need you to drive the improvements So you'll be using your savvy business strategy skills and NPD expertise to be a champion of the Kitchen

What we're looking for in you:
Our NPD Executive role is best suited to someone with a
Nutrition or Food Science degree and who has already had at least a year of NPD experience (experience in beverage NPD is an added bonus)
- this is to ensure you understand the NPD process and can help keep our hueligans happy We are also looking for someone excited to show off their creativity - an out of the box thinker and confident in showcasing their NPD skills. You will be managing various NPD projects from start to finish, so you will be someone who can recognise ways in which you can drive change in the business and have fun with flavours and formats

It would be beneficial for you to have a working knowledge of the NPD Stage & Gate process, this bit isn't crucial, just a nice to have
