- Contribute to design and development programs involving advanced technologies ranging from, openrotor gas turbine, compact highpressure core, and hybridelectric architecture to compatibility with alternative fuels and new materials.
- The lowpressure compressor and booster module design will play a significant role in the realization of these cuttingedge technology demonstrators.
- We are seeking a highly motivated aerospace professional to join our team.
- As the Team Leader you'll possess 10+ years' experience within the aerospace gas turbine design domain.
- This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise in aerospace engineering, and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver upon objectives.
- Knowledge and experience of agile design sprint methodology is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IPT to ensure the successful execution of design studies and projects from concept to actuality.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders. Assign resources appropriately, drive accountability across the team and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate project objectives, requirements, and deliverables to team and stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on project status.
- Risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control project progress against agreed outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
