Newly created role available for a talented Customer Care executive, this role is a management position offering excellent progression opportunities.


This role is a newly designed role and would suit a Customer Service expert with experience working in the Commercial Property build sector.


Client Details
This business is a not for profit business with an excellent development range in North West England.

Working as a Customer Care Manager for this company you'll find yourself building excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

Your role will be represent the customer in all internal conversations and decision making.


Description

Key responsibilities will be:
Day to day management of a small team of contractors

Logging issues & raising tickets for customers

Management of multiple portfolios in various stages of development (on behalf of existing customers)

Participating and eventually leading a biweekly management meeting in relation to Customer Care

Management of regulatory requirements to Customers

Reporting

Management of relationships between customer and site staff


Profile
Will currently be working as a coordinator in a similar role and ready to step into management

Experience working in Property / Construction in a Customer Service role

Excellent technical ability, including CRM system skills, intermediate MS Excel and Word

Drivers License + Own car will be required for face to face meetings (occasionally)

Able to spend 50% of working week office based (South Liverpool)
