Finance Business Partner
Stevenage, Hertfordshire (Flexible Hybrid Working)
£46,000 - £53,000 + Bonus + Excellent Package

Some of the key duties will include:

Report actuals and forecasts against its financial targets, including risks and opportunities.
Support the preparation of business plans and annual budgeting.
Educating nonfinance staff around financial objectives and budgets.
Work with commercial teams to help understand the financial implications of commercial terms and contracts.
Financial management of projects including: revenue & margin trading, biannual Estimate at Completion preparation (including Risk and Ops management), intercompany trading, cash and FX management, contract reporting / interfacing.

We are seeking a high calibre Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with the ability to build strong and productive working relationships within multi discipline and multi-national project and Finance teams, whilst maintaining independenceand integrity.

You must be a self-starter with excellent communication and business partnering skills coupled with excellent analytical skills.

With a strong grounding in accounting, you will also be adept with financial analysis and interrogating data to bring the numbersto life and guide key commercial decisions across multiple projects.

A genuinely varied role mixing financial control, business planning / FP&A, business partnering, investment analysis, cost control, involvement in transformation projects.
