Position:
Business Support Team Leader
To ensure that the Business Support team assists Inntel's operations teams in providing an efficient administrative service to enable them to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute the daily workload within the team, maintaining a steady workflow and ensuring all administrators are working within capacity.
- Manage holiday and sickness absences, ensuring appropriate cover for the team
- Conduct biannual 121/appraisals with team members ensuring consistent high performance, business planning and career development
- Conduct monthly KPI scoring and share results with the administrators
- Conduct monthly team meetings and record minutes
- Actively support Apprenticeship needs alongside Head of Operations
- Responsible for the training of all new starters and assessments to ensure departmental processes are being followed and customer service delivery to internal and external client and suppliers remains of a high standard

- Monday to Friday
