Position:
Business Support Team Leader


To ensure that the Business Support team assists Inntel's operations teams in providing an efficient administrative service to enable them to provide a high level of service to our clients.

To continuously monitor current processes and make suggestions for improvement in efficiency. To ensure that the team consistently offer the highest quality of service to both internal and external clients.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and distribute the daily workload within the team, maintaining a steady workflow and ensuring all administrators are working within capacity.
  • Manage holiday and sickness absences, ensuring appropriate cover for the team
  • Conduct biannual 121/appraisals with team members ensuring consistent high performance, business planning and career development
  • Conduct monthly KPI scoring and share results with the administrators
  • Conduct monthly team meetings and record minutes
  • Actively support Apprenticeship needs alongside Head of Operations
  • Responsible for the training of all new starters and assessments to ensure departmental processes are being followed and customer service delivery to internal and external client and suppliers remains of a high standard

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

  • Right to work in the UK (required)
