London School of Science & Technology (LSST) is looking to recruit trainee lecturers without teaching experience as part of an internal lecturer graduate trainee scheme initiative. The position of Graduate Trainee Lecturer position will enable graduates to train as lecturers.

Training is progressive and responsibilities will therefore develop as the trainee gains the necessary skills and experience.

The Graduate Trainee will undertake all aspects of a teacher's job description and develop the skills and attributes of a qualified teacher.


In line with our growth strategy, we are seeking to appoint new Graduate Trainee Lecturer positions in both Business and Health and Social Care to support existing and new programmes.

LSST is seeking to appoint highly skilled, dynamic, flexible and committed people with the potential to help us realise our mission and strategic objectives.


Requirements:

Basic Knowledge of IT Skills.

Knowledge of working in higher education is preferred, although is not essential
