Description

A great opportunity has arisen to work for a social housing contractor for a Multi Trade Operative on a Temp to Perm basis paying £23.00p/h (CIS).

You must have access to your own van (ULEZ compliant) and tools. A designated patch will be given.

Please note that you will be given a parking permit. However, for parking outside of these areas, the cost will be covered for over £10.00 a day.


Pay Rate:
- £23.00p/h - (CIS Payment Available)


Hours:

  • 08:00am to 16:00pm

Locations Available:

  • East London
  • Essex
Please note you will only be covering on area based on your home address.


Multi Trade skills required:

  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Tiling
  • Basic Plastering
  • Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
  • UPVC repairs and maintenance
  • Double glazed unit replacement
  • Carpentry
such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc


Requirements:


  • Own van (ULEZ compliant) & tools.
  • Use of a smart phone as jobs will be supplied via an App
  • Basic DBS Check
