Talent Acquisition Manager, 9 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Talent Acquisition Manager to join a highly respected UK charity.

Reporting into the Head of People Partnering you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from talent attraction to onboarding.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a robust and inclusive recruitment process
  • Reviewing and managing the Applicant Tracking System and establishing effective metrics
  • Engaging with managers and directors at all levels to determine the best talent acquisition model
  • Maintaining and developing an external network of talent acquisition peers
  • Managing the Employer Value Proposition and integrating EDI best practice into recruitment
  • Assisting with strategic workforce planning and succession planning in conjunction with the Business Partners
  • Sharing knowledge of the market and means of identifying strong talent
You should be an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a track record of managing and improving recruitment processes.

Experience of using and enhancing applicant tracking systems needs to be combined with experience of producing, analysing and presentingMI reports.

An ability to influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers is essential.
