Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing Excellent Customer Service.
- Respond to queries from customers.
- Provide clients with recommendations for products and services based on their choices, needs, and financial status.
- Raise sales targets and exceed the target by improving customer satisfaction.
- Be mindful of the needs of the customers.
- Create an enjoyable environment for your coworkers.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Available to work at least 24 hours per week.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Salary:
£346.00-£376.00 per week
