We are recruiting someone seeking a change in their career path. This role would particularly suit someone from a practice background, with property experience and asset management database skills.

If you have Keystone or Northgate SAM experience that would be very beneficial.- This role will suit someone RICS or CIOB qualified with technical knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation, this role will offer you the opportunity to develop your career in this interesting business area.

Current knowledge of current asset management, compliance and statutory best practice and regulatory requirements is essential as you will be advising clients-
Role and Responsibilities:
  • The role will be varied and include the following:
  • Management of surveys and co-ordination with fieldwork managers
  • Review of survey form designs and related schedule of rates and lifecycles
  • Set up of new surveys including data configuration
  • Set up of mobile devices for surveyors to collect data
  • Management of data analysts within the team
  • Data QA checks and validation
  • Preparation of survey outputs including cost tables for reporting
  • Report writing and development of action plans
  • Provide asset management advice and support
  • Undertake asset performance modelling (including NPV)
  • Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations
  • Manage energy data (RdSAP and EPCs)
  • Develop and prioritising works programmes
  • Undertake asset management database appraisals
  • Advise on best practice data management
  • Business development and marketing activities
  • Support and report to the team Partner

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Appropriate qualifications such as RICS, CIOB would be highly desirable including technical knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation
  • Up to date knowledge of current asset management, compliance and statutory best practice and regulatory requirements will be essential in advising clients
  • Additional compliance related experience and qualifications e.g. DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405 would be desirable
  • You will be of an analytical mind and high level of intellect combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
  • It is anticipated the role will require initial and ongoing training in areas where knowledge may be limited and you will be fully supported by Ridge in gaining this expertise.
