    Job Summary:

    We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional passionate about partnerships and business development to lead growth in the UK region as our Partner Manager. This role requires full sales cycle ownership, from identifying new opportunities to closing and nurturing partnerships.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, acquire, and activate new partners across targeted verticals while managing and expanding our partner ecosystem.
    • Demonstrate a consultative approach to manage and grow strategic partnerships, leveraging existing market relationships.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
    • Represent ABAX at industry events and partner meetings across the UK.

    About You:

    • You have experience in B2B partnering or business development, ideally in partner management.
    • You possess a proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to spot and develop business opportunities others might miss.
    • You are fluent in English and have experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and structured pipeline management.
    • You are a collaborative, growth-oriented individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
