Description
**The Part-time Administrator duties will involve: - **- Based on Reception answering calls, taking messages, transferring calls and meeting and greeting clients

  • Typing letters and documents using Word and Excel
  • Looking after the archiving, setting up new jobs and folders
  • Uploading and downloading documents / drawings / schedules to various document portals on a daily basis (training will be provided)
  • Inputting timesheets and expenses information onto project software
  • Keeping the Outlook office diary and the staff register up to date when the Office Manager is on leave
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post, including posting at the end of the day
  • Scanning, filing and archiving documents
  • Tidying filing bays and general office areas where appropriate
  • Checking stationery supplies and ordering more stock when needed
  • Overseeing the parking spaces

Requirements for the Part-time Administrator vacancy:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Good communication skills
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
