Responsibilities:

Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers to ensure they select the correct parts for their needs.
Provide efficient parts back up to the service department and customers.
Create new business and parts sales opportunities.
Process parts orders for spare parts accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery to customers.
Perform a variety of warehouse duties including stock control, proficiently picking parts and restocking to maintain a suitable level of supplies.
Generate accurate purchase orders based on requests.
Establish prices and availability and produce documents for the dispatch of parts to the correct destination.
Generate invoices, process cash and card payments, and provide assistance with billing enquiries as needed.
Organise and maintain the parts storage area, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Essential_
Demonstrable experience in similar Parts role.
Previous experience using a Forklift Truck, or the ability to attain a FLT Licence (internal training to be provided).
Good telephone manner.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Be a forwardthinker with the capability to plan ahead.
Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet to resolve issues that may arise.
Desirable_
Experience of working within the construction or manufacturing sector.
Ability to build rapport quickly with peers and customers.
