Description

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for delivering smooth administrative support to the financial advisory business.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations and other documents as required.
  • Arranging authority on existing plans, monitoring responses from providers, and collating the information receive.
  • Case management using a Client Relationship Management system; ability to accurately record and maintain client and plan data.
  • Efficient servicing of existing plans.
  • Get involved in initiatives to enhance what we do and our client proposition.

Requirements:


  • Financial planning qualifications desirable (Ideally Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications, CII)
  • Proven track record in administration of financial advice, ideally working as an administrator for a financial advisory firm for at least two years.
  • Knowledge of planning advice.
  • Selfmotivated with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of financial planning client relationship management (CRM).
