Wealth Planning Admin/assistant - London, United Kingdom - BWD Search & Selection
Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering smooth administrative support to the financial advisory business.
- Prepare client reports, presentations and other documents as required.
- Arranging authority on existing plans, monitoring responses from providers, and collating the information receive.
- Case management using a Client Relationship Management system; ability to accurately record and maintain client and plan data.
- Efficient servicing of existing plans.
- Get involved in initiatives to enhance what we do and our client proposition.
Requirements:
- Financial planning qualifications desirable (Ideally Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications, CII)
- Proven track record in administration of financial advice, ideally working as an administrator for a financial advisory firm for at least two years.
- Knowledge of planning advice.
- Selfmotivated with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of financial planning client relationship management (CRM).
