About the Job
Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding Recruitment Team.


You will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties within the Recruitment and wider People Team, to ensure the team's success in filling as many vacancies as possible in a timely manner.


This position will be homebased with hybrid working required at our Tamworth site, and other travel required as needed by the business.

A full valid driving license would be beneficial but not essential as long as travel requirements can be met.


About You


Essentially you will have similar experience either as a resourcer in an external agency or in administration within a HR environment, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

You will be self-motivated, and a team player.
