Job Title:
IT Systems Engineer

Working arrangement:
Flexible working. 1 day per week in the office in London

Salary - £40-45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + package and benefits

Concept Resourcing have been engaged by a growing IT consultancy and managed service provider business to recruit an experienced IT Systems Engineer.

The main purpose of this role will be taking new customers through technical onboarding.

This will involvesetting them up on the company servers, installing monitoring software, conducting infrastructure health checks across a variety of environments, as well as setting up other in-house software.

Training will be provided for in house the in-house software andany other technologies used in this process.

Customer service is also a key aspect of the position given the nature of the role, and that you'll be engaging with customers and end-users at an early stage of the customer journey.

This is a varied role, working closely with customers and supporting across a variety of platforms including cloud, on-prem infrastructure, and data, with excellent training provided and a real chance to expand your skillset.
