Description
Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Senior PMO on behalf of a leading investment bank based in Belfast. The successful PMO will be rewarded with a day rate of £390 and an initial 9 month contract.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and owning the PMO function
  • Overseeing the tracking of statuses, project deliverables, and milestones
  • Tracking and managing of Risk and Issues, including escalating where appropriate
  • Preparing and overseeing project and program level reporting
  • Management of project governance forums, i.e. Working Groups, and Steering Committees
  • Providing support and guidance on best practises to ensure a high level of project management integrity across the
program

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Capital Markets. Must be an energetic selfstarter/able to drive initiative with
mínimal direction

  • Seasoned Senior PMO must have experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)
  • Strong communication skills and / or experience working with Front Office / Trading and Sales / Technology teams
  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to track multiple workstreams / projects at once
  • Ability to face off to senior stakeholders
