We are currently looking for an Emergency Response Officer to join our team in Birkenhead.
The overall purpose of the role will be to conduct CCTV monitoring of Magenta Living properties in addition to providing front line response patrolling in marked Magenta Living vehicles.
A pro active approach is taken when monitoring or patrolling any "AntiSocial Behaviour" hotspot areas working in conjunction with internal and external teams.
Working closely with our partners from the emergency services, you would be responsible for the effective communication and incident management of situations that mayarise.

Emergency Response Officer Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service and who has experience in delivering a similar front line monitoring and response service.
Excellent attention to detail, the ability to organiseand prioritise work plus the desire to deliver a high quality standard of work is essential.
- A full clean driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Both verbal and written will also be required
- SIA licensed to conduct public space surveillance and security guarding is desirable however we will fully fund any SIA licences required
