You will be employed by Bupa but the role will be based at Apple's head office situated in Battersea.

This role is a full-time face to face role. However, we are opened to offer part-time contracts with a minimum of 24 hours a week commitment.


You will provide face to face clinical assessment and intervention for employees who need support with their mental health and wellbeing.

You will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care.

You will also take a lead with overseeing the development and delivery of business support activity, working in line with the company's wellbeing strategy.

What are we looking for in our Clinical Psychologists?

  • Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical Psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society
  • Health and Care Professions Council registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist
  • General adult mental health experience
  • Extensive postqualification clinical experience from a clinical psychology practice with diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon
  • Experience of clinical management
  • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops preferred


In addition, you will be a strong team player, have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and have some understanding or prior experience of working in a corporate business environment.
