We are a new dental practice located in Bexleyheath, seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Practice Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Manage phone calls, answer patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verification and claims processing.
• Collect and process payments for services rendered.
• Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule to optimize patient flow.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and posttreatment care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical practice is preferred, or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demean or.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with appointment scheduling software and dental practice management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and processing payments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work fulltime, including weekends.

£22,161.57-£28,981.10 per year
