THE COMPANY:

A specialist security company that specialises in CCTV, intruder alarms, and other bespoke security assets is looking for an ambitious Head of Business Intelligence as they continue to acquire smaller subsidiaries.

Its expansion has resulted in further relianceon the optimisation of its CRM system.

THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new BI capability.

You will be responsible for consolidating data sets, creating dashboards in Power BI as well as delivering analytics to senior stakeholders.

You will:

Have ownership of the BI strategy and capability
Optimise data sets stored in a SQL server database
Create bespoke dashboards to used to influence business strategy and decisions
Aggregate data generated from further acquisitions
Eventually, look to develop a Business Intelligence team

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for the role, you will require:

SQL (ideally SQL server)
SSMS
Power BI
Knowledge of Dynamics 36
Experience designing and implementing an analytical capability within a greenfield environment
Strong ETL and data modelling design experience
Strong project management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
