Estate Agency Sales Negotiator required for an Independent and sought-after Estate Agency in the Dorchester area with a great reputation and on target earnings of up to £30,000 depending on experience.

Our client is a successful Estate Agency in the South West area. They are looking for a professional and friendly sales negotiator to join the team in their Dorchester office. This will be someone with property sales experience and with smart appearanceand a great attitude and people skills. You will be organised and personable, preferably with local knowledge and a desire to succeed. You will need your own car.

In return you will be offered a generous basic salary in the region of £20-22,000 with on target earnings of £25-30,000.

A proven track record in residential sales as well as sales progression experience
An outgoing and confident personality
A driven and proactive approach to work
Highly organised and efficient approach
Professionalism
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use own initiative
Excellent MS Office skills
Driver's license / Access to own vehicle

The hours of work are Monday -Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and be part of a Saturday rota working 9am - 1pm.
