As a High Potential Opportunity area for Life Sciences, Manchester provides the perfect opportunity for Barrington James to expand upon and replicate its success in a thriving and diverse city.

Within the company, you'll receive dedicated training and development from our company-wide Training Manager Rosaleen McCombe.

She will deliver off-desk training to enable you to develop the key skills and techniques that will enable you to thrive within the industry.

Expectations:


  • 12+ months in recruitment OR 12+ months in proactive sales
  • Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly highcalibre industry

  • Proficient mathematical capability
  • Eloquent phone manner

Role responsibilities:


  • Vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies

From £20,000.00 per year
